John joined Roskel in 2007 from another interior fit out contractor taking on the role of estimator.
Over the course of almost two decades, he has built up a wealth of knowledge and experience within the interiors industry. During his time his role has developed to include overseeing other estimators within the company nationally, maintaining the company’s Internal Management System as well as taking a hands-on approach with both the procurement and the delivery of projects for the Glasgow office.

Ryan started out as an apprentice ceiling fixer before progressing to a full tradesman. In 2007 he started working for Roskel on site, from there Ryan’s skills were noticed by Roskel’s senior management and he was promoted to Site Manager in 2010 overseeing in his first project a large and complex drywall and ceiling install on our Edinburgh International Conference Centre project.
His abilities to deal with varying projects demands, management skills with site managers and operatives, pro-active attitude and a good understanding of the works involved made him stand out to the Roskel Senior Management team and he was then promoted to Contracts Manager in 2018.
Ryan’s expertise and ability to build strong relationships with our clients whilst working in collaboration with them to deliver large and complex projects to the highest standard has been invaluable to the company.
