Ian Horton

Ian joined Roskel in 1997 as a Quantity Surveyor after starting his career some years earlier as a graduate Quantity Surveyor with a national Main Contractor.
Ian quickly became responsible for all commercial aspects of the Midlands office and became Commercial Manager and joint Branch Manager in 2010. In January 2015 he was appointed a Director of Roskel Contracts.
In 2018, Ian was part of the MBO team that acquired the Roskel group of companies and along with Mark Perrott and Ricky Spinelli they became major shareholders.
Ian, with Mark and Ricky lead the company and aim to continue and build on the 55 years of successful trading.

After completing a degree in Construction Management and spending the early part of his career working as a Site Manager for a National Main Contractor, Mark joined Roskel in 1997 as a Contracts Manager.
In 2010 Mark became responsible for all operational aspects of the Knowle office together with taking on the role of joint Branch Manager and in January 2015 was appointed a director of Roskel Contracts Limited.
In 2018, Mark was part of the management buyout team that acquired the Roskel group of companies. Along with Ian Horton and Ricky Spinelli they became the company’s major shareholders.
Mark’s day to day role involves a hands-on approach with the client to assist them achieve the projects are delivered as they require whilst ensuring it is delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality and are programme focused.
Mark was appointed Managing Director for Roskel Contracts in 2023 and will lead the company together with the other Managing Directors Ian Horton and Ricky Spinelli.
