Ceilings:-This first phase of a prestigious development consisted of  two five story building connected by a central glazed street area. Each building has it’s own Atrium separated by a central core. The project encompassed 19,600m2 of 500 x 500mm Perforated Tegular Burgess lay in metal ceiling tiles with 15mm exposed grid system. Plasterboard blind boxes & perimeter margin details were also incorporated into the works. The Atrium area’s also required substantial plasterboard bulkheads at high level with Bespoke 3000 x 750mm Silver finished hook on panels above the feature staircase.

 Partitions and Dry lining:- Dry lining and Partitions were installed to varying specifications forming Toilet Cores, Stair Pods and 19m high Staircase and Lift Shaft linings. Monolithic Plasterboard  ceilings were also installed throughout the buildings.

Project : MEPC / BT Leavesden - Client: MEPC

 Main Contractor: Interserve -  Architect: Thorpe Architecture

Value: £3.2 Million

The main building consisting of five, four storey office buildings connected under a glazed Street. Ceilings included 20,000m2 of 1500mm module  Burgess  Beam grid,  extensive British Gypsum Gyptone Panelling to feature ceilings and Balcony Soffits . Substantial Plasterboard bulkheads both at high and low level to all building Atriums and street areas together with purpose made steel Bullnoze bulkheads to Balcony walkways. Common areas and walkways incorporated monolithic Plasterboard ceilings throughout.

Project : Dagenham Diesel Centre - Client : Ford Motor Company

Main Contractor : SDC Bedford - Architect: Austin Smith Lord

Value: £720K

3,500m2 of British Gypsum  Casoline MF and Casoline Curve, mostly to Feature barrel vault ceilings including a substantial sloping / radiused feature ( Butterfly wing) at high level. Circular upstands , Cone ceilings and feature bulkheads. The installation also includes in excess of 2,000m2 of clip in Burgess metal ceilings incorporating bespoke 396mm wide panels to bring the new Metric tiles into line with the imperial module of the existing building . Flame retardant glass smoke barriers were also installed.
