HISTORY :- Roskel Contracts Limited was established in 1968 as a "Suspended Ceiling" subcontractor in Birmingham, opening branches in London, the South East and Scotland during the 1970's

During the late 70's the Roskel group expanded into distribution, C P Supplies, with its first branch in Birmingham. The business underwent rapid expansion during the 1980's becoming a national distribution business with many depots in England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.

The Roskel group "Roskel Plc" floated on the Unlisted Securities Stock Market in 1988, moving to a full listing on the main market in 1991. The group expanded into an £80 Million + turnover business during the 1990's up to acquisition by SIG in August 1997. SIG's interest being to acquire the distribution business.

A management buy out of Roskel Contracts Limited from SIG was completed in November 1997 with the business once again becoming a privately owned concern.

The current owners / Directors of the company have been with the business for many years with Brian Partridge the Managing Director  joining in 1975, Tony Partridge 1979, Alan Brown 1986, John Allen 1988 and Mike McLaughlin 1992. Many staff also have long service records complimenting the stability of the business.
